The cruelty of the fur industry is immeasurable. [Are you ready to help us fight back?]( [The Humane Society of the United States]() [A scared fox kit in a cage]( {NAME}, It’s hard to put the realities of fur farms into words. Fur farms are, for lack of a better word, hell for the animals trapped there. They live in extreme filth and captivity in a small, empty cage until they’re brutally killed by methods including bludgeoning, electrocution and gassing. These animals, who know only fear and isolation, desperately need our help. [Can you give today to help create a future where these and so many other animals don’t have to suffer?]( [A distressed white fox laying on their side]( Our undercover investigations on fur farms remind us that slaughter is not the only horrific and disturbing part of fur farming. Foxes, mink and raccoon dogs would rather be swimming, digging or running in the wild, but instead they are driven insane due to a lack of physical or mental enrichment from being trapped in a small cage for their entire lives. Many will pace back and forth repeatedly. Animals trapped on fur farms also often resort to self-mutilation. We hope one day we'll never have to release another fur farm investigation and that this industry will be gone. Until then, we will continue to fight.
