{NAME}, which prohibits the ruthless and unsporting hunting and trapping practices currently allowed

[Take action now to ensure the National Park Service finalizes this important rule.]( [The Humane Society of the United States]() [A bear and their cubs.]( {NAME}, [We need your help to ensure the National Park Service finalizes the Alaska Hunting and Trapping in National Preserves rule]( which prohibits the ruthless and unsporting hunting and trapping practices currently allowed on 20 million acres in Alaska’s national preserves. These practices include some truly horrific methods, like killing hibernating mother black bears and their cubs in their dens, shooting wolf and coyote pups, their parents and more. National preserve lands should be a safe haven for animals, and we should be working to protect them, not making it easier for trophy hunters to gun them down. [Take action now and urge the NPS to finalize the Alaska Hunting and Trapping in National Preserves rule, to once again ban these violent and extremely inhumane hunting practices on national preserve land.]( [Take Action]( Photo by Don Getty [Facebook]( [Twitter]( [Instagram]( [YouTube]( [text]( [View in browser]( [Donate today to stand up for animals who need you.]( © 2022 [The Humane Society of the United States]() [1255 23rd St. NW, Suite 450, Washington, DC 20037]() donorcare@humanesociety.org | [202-452-1100](tel:202-452-1100) This message was sent to [{EMAIL}](mailto:).
