[The Humane Society of the United States]() [Your impact this month] [A wolf laying down in the wild with wolf pups]( [Federal judge restores critical protections for many gray wolves]( Wolves across most of the continental United States must have Endangered Species Act protections restored, a federal judge ruled, effectively prohibiting trophy hunting of the species across most of the country. [This tremendous victory is the result of a lawsuit filed by the Humane Society of the United States]( and our allies immediately after delisting went into effect in 2021. [Two cute fox pups]( [Look out for the innovative materials that have knocked fur off the runway]( According to Tagwalk, a fashion search engine, there was a 644% increase of faux fur on the runway during this year’s men’s fall/winter shows compared to 2021, and we expect to see that trend continue with the women’s shows ahead.
