Our latest video highlights the last dog off the property of our latest rescue in Oklahoma. [The Humane Society of the United States]() [Padme the dog]( {NAME}, Earlier this month, we assisted in the rescue of approximately 250 dogs from two puppy mills in Oklahoma. These dogs and puppies were in rough shape. Several needed emergency veterinary care, and some have a long road to recovery ahead due to malnourishment, dental disease and other health issues. Thanks to the support of our amazing donors, the animals are getting the care they need and have hopes for a brighter future. Padme, a sweetheart mother dog, was the last dog off the property and she couldn't be happier. She was so visibly excited (and a little nervous) when she took her first steps outside. Supporters like you make lifesaving work like this possible, and we couldn't be more grateful for your ongoing support.
