Dear {NAME}, On behalf of everyone at HUGO BOSS, our thoughts are with you and your family, friends,

[HUGO BOSS]( Dear {NAME}, On behalf of everyone at HUGO BOSS, our thoughts are with you and your family, friends, and communities as the global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us. We want to thank the incredible first responders, doctors, nurses, researchers, and public health experts who have dedicated themselves to help us all and guide our global community. We are facing a very difficult situation collectively and we know we will get through it together. HUGO BOSS is committed to supporting the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, associates, the public and the communities in which we operate as we continue to navigate through this together. Therefore, HUGO BOSS stores across North America will remain temporarily closed. We recognize the important role we have as a global company with the capability to do something for the greater good. Therefore, HUGO BOSS will donate 20% percent of online sales this week to the American Red Cross. There is also an option to donate directly to the American Red Cross on Hugoboss.com. Through partnering with the American Red Cross we support their vision, that all people affected by disaster across the country and around the world receive care, shelter and hope (American Red Cross). In addition to partnering with the American Red Cross HUGO BOSS has dedicated its clothing production site at its global headquarters in Metzingen, Germany to manufacture face masks. The masks are crafted in a cotton-blend material that can be washed and reused at least 50 times. The masks will be donated to public facilities in need; they are not suggested for clinical use. We continue to explore ways in which the company can support the humanitarian relief efforts. We are available to serve you at Hugoboss.com with free shipping and returns on any order as well as an extended 60 day return policy. Our Customer Service Center is happy to assist you at 1-800-HUGOBOSS (1-800-484-6267) or e-mail us at service-us@hugoboss.com Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. We hope to re-open stores soon and we look forward to seeing you there. Stay strong, stay healthy and take care. Sincerely, Stephan Born, President & CEO, Americas [#BOSStogether]( Exclusions apply.
