We're updating our privacy policy At Hubstaff we take privacy and the protection of our users' information seriously. We're writing to let you know about some important updates to our Agreement with you. Effective September 27, 2021, we are updating the Hubstaff [Terms of Service]( and [Privacy Policy]( which govern our provision of the Hubstaff services to you, and for those customers subject to HIPAA, our [Business Associate Agreement]( (“BAA”). We have also updated our [Data Processing Agreement]( to include important new privacy protections, including incorporating the new EU Standard Contractual Clauses to provide an updated legal transfer mechanism for transfers of personal data from Europe under the GDPR. We’ve made these changes to help clarify the terms of the Agreement between us as well as to update them for recent changes in privacy and data protection laws. You can learn more about these changes by clicking on the links above. Beginning today, when you use our website, software, apps, or any Hubstaff services, these new documents will automatically apply.
