The grapes looked so delicious that the fox's mouth started to water. The fox really wanted to eat the grapes, so he jumped up to try to grab them. But the grapes were too high, and he couldn't reach them. He tried jumping again and again, but no matter how hard he tried, the grapes were still out of reach. Feeling tired and frustrated, the fox sat down and looked up at the grapes. He thought for a moment and then said, "I bet those grapes are sour anyway. I don't want them." So, the fox walked away, leaving the grapes hanging on the vine. **Moral of the story:** It's easy to say you don't want something when you can't have it.
