It had a full service and MoT in August 2021. After the last year service it ran 11,000 miles (within 10 months done 10,000 miles) and these days Kia garages need 8 weeks to book in advance for service. So technically I would do 12,000 miles before my service date. In the Kia service book it says "fifth service is 60 months or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first" . So as per the book i still have time for service. Is the Kia warranty rule based on their book statement as mentioned above or service to be done 10,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first? Your answer will help me a lot regarding my peace of mind for 7 years warranty. The voice control disappears. This is a safety issue insofar as you have to look at the screen to check you are still on the correct route. There is no obvious volume control on the sat-nav. Visits to the Honda chat site indicate that this is a common problem although limited to Hybrid models. Any suggestions?
