There's no Certificate of Destruction received nor any payment of Scrap value received. The DVLA reckons it was scrapped but cannot tell us where. Please advise the best route forward ? However, it often has a trailer attached to it. The trailer looks like a compressor of the type used to power pneumatic drills. Does the truck with the trailer attached become a single vehicle and therefore with the trailer, exceed the permitted weight limit to park in the street? Note that the trailer cannot move by itself - it can only be towed.
