This week we're organizing the garage with these step by step instructions. This week we're organizing the garage with these step by step instructions. [View this email in your browser]( [Home Storage Solutions 101: A Place For Everything That Matters]( Week #14 Challenge: Organize Your Garage Dear {NAME}, This week's challenge, in the 52 Week Organized Home Challenge, is to [organize your garage](. Have you looked in your garage lately, and I mean really looked at it, as opposed to just quickly parking your car in there and hurrying into your house. Or, really, can you even park your car in your garage? If not, do you want to? Life happens, and for some reason it seems that the garage is the place a lot of clutter and junk gets stashed when we need to put that thing "somewhere" for a while. So it can hold all kinds of things from boxes, bikes and other similar toys, tools, yard equipment, sports equipment, auto care products, and more. Now that the seasons are changing it's time to tackle the garage. So this week let's continue working on the storage areas of our home, which started last week with the [basement]( and is continuing next week with the [attic]( and clear the clutter and organize all the stuff we've got piled into the garage so we can use this space the way we want to! Check out this week's challenge for step by step instructions. [Declutter 365 Premium]( Join Declutter 365 Premium Group To Watch Taylor's Session About The Daily Kitchen Clean Up Routine {on Tuesday, April 2nd} We've all heard the phrase, "the kitchen is the heart of the home." It's really true, because it's where we all gather together, while preparing and sharing meals. That's the kitchen dream, isn't it?But we also know that when it's time to make dinner and all the pots and pans are still dirty from last night's dinner, and there's no room on the counter for food prep, then the kitchen feels more like a nightmare. What if I told you, though, that putting into place a few habits and routines in your kitchen, daily, could transform your kitchen nightmare back into your kitchen dream, and it's something you can learn how to do consistently, in just 30 minutes per day, or less. Join Taylor Flanery, from Home Storage Solutions 101, in Declutter 365 Premium, to discuss the April habit of the month live, on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. EST, or watch on replay when it's convenient for you, to learn all about the daily kitchen clean up routine, including the exact steps to take after each meal, and each evening for this process. The bigger picture part of the Declutter 365 mission below, though, is to develop a habit for keeping up with the mending so you actually do consistently repair clothing and are able to put them back into the rotation to wear again, instead of those clothes languishing in the mending basket. In this article I've explained briefly how to make a mending basket and what sewing supplies to stock, but also the article focuses on simple strategies for actually getting your mending done consistently.
