At the 38th annual Film Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday, Everything Everywhere All at Once nabbed a whopping seven awards, including best feature. Among those winning for the film were performers Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan and Stephanie Hsu. On the TV side, The Bear and Abbott Elementary notched key wins. THR's [Pamela McClintock]( reports that Michael B. Jordan's Creed III opened to a better-than-expected $58.6 million domestically in a big win for MGM. Jordan marks his feature directorial debut and also returns in the role of Adonis Creed, a character first introduced in Ryan Coogler's 2015 film Creed, which revived the legendary Rocky franchise. The threequel not only scored a series-best debut, but boasts the biggest sports film opening in history, according to MGM.
