It is one of the most vertically integrated watch manufactures in the world, even creating things like hairsprings and quartz crystals in-house. Today, we're featuring some new additions and other favorites available in the HODINKEE Shop.]( NEW IN THE SHOP: THREE ICE DIVERS [Seiko Ice Divers]( [Seiko's illustrious history making distinctive, high-performance dive watches has been renewed through the SPB series models that use the historically significant and highly collectible Ref. 6306 as inspiration. Sometimes known as the "Turtle" and sometimes as the "Willard" (because Martin Sheen wore one in Apocalypse Now), this modern reinterpretation here is known as an Ice Diver for its distinctive dial that recreates sunlight reflecting off of glacial formations.
