And the modern revival is as good as it gets. Each of these watches is priced under $2,000 and available now in the HODINKEE Shop.]( THE CHRONOMASTER AVIATOR SEA DIVER [Like the original models, all four watches are manually wound, two-register chronographs in 38mm × 13.75mm stainless steel cases. All share black aluminum bezel inserts, pump pushers, tachymeter scales, sapphire crystals, closed casebacks, 100 meters of water resistance, and feature a Sellita SW510 M BH B movement.]( [Paired with either a tropic rubber strap or a straight-link bracelet, we have a black dial iteration, which features the classic broad arrow handset, now filled with Super-LumiNova. There's a red regatta timer set inside the 30-minute counter at three o'clock, while radial numerals fill the remaining markers on the pair of sub-dials. The original Nivada Grenchen wordmark appears beneath 12 o'clock.]( [The same style is also offered in a white dial variation with cream-tinted Super-LumiNova, broad arrow hands, and a brown leather strap.
