It found that those who chose change over keeping things the same felt happier 6 months after the decision was made. Here's the subtle wisdom revealed by the study in the words of Levitt: âA good rule of thumb in decision making is, whenever you cannot decide what you should do, choose the action that represents a change, rather than continuing the status quo.â What does this mean?
