On finding a Deep Peace with oneself and all of life. How to Stop Judging Yourself Virtually everyon

On finding a Deep Peace with oneself and all of life. How to Stop Judging Yourself Virtually everyone is constantly judging and condemning themselves. Often this process is subtle or unconscious. But it's there. And it's insidious. We deem some aspects of our experience 'bad' and others 'good.' This mental dichotomization process is the root of all suffering. It precipitates a mode of being in which we attach to the 'good' and try to avoid the 'bad.' This attachment to the 'good' creates massive suffering when Reality inevitably upends our attempts to hoard only the 'good.' And our aversion to the 'bad' causes us to reject half our Nature. There is a path beyond this trap. In [this essay]( I've spelled it out, touching upon Carl Jung, the shadow, Eckhart Tolle, and the pain body. Enjoy. May this piece be a blessing for you. <3 Love, Joy, Peace, Freedom, Power, Jordan Bates [How to Stop Judging Yourself]( “All judgment reveals itself to be self-judgment in the end, and when this is understood a larger comprehension of the nature of life takes its place.” — David Hawkins [Read More]( Ready to take the Red Pill?
