hey friend, how's 2024 kicking off for you? personally i am *frazzled.* idk about you â but a new year feels daunting to me. i feel so much pressure to be this new, perfect version of myself and it's just not sustainable or realistic. fortunately, i've been scouring the internet for tips on setting manageable goals, and i think [some of these tips]( might actually help!! cross your fingers for me!!! that said, i wanted to share three quick things that you might wanna know: 1. did you hear that alix earle talked about her experience with friendship breakups on her podcast? she got so honest about how friendships have never come easy for her due to her shyness and insecurities (which, um, relatable...) she got so vulnerable + actually shared some thoughts on dealing with friendship breakups. i'm gonna be holding onto [this advice]( & thought you might be interested, too. 2. are you studying abroad this semester?? i've been considering it â but whew, did you know how [expensive]( it is?! can we plz be accountability partners when it comes to applying for scholarships? 𥴠3. i need to talk to someone about the new [mob wife aesthetic trend](. it's honestly kind of amazing and i can't imagine a better way to kick of 2024 than to slap on a fur coat, sunglasses, and red lipstick. this is the energy i need!!! bye for now!
