We'll casually clear the way for a rescue vehicle, or pause for a funeral procession, and then hurry off to the tasks that consume our days. That's not to remove the human element: the men and women who rely on the machines to serve those in need far more efficiently. For more performance, you ultimately give up something that the factory engineers spent countless dollars (or pounds, yen, marks, lira, francs, kronawhatever) developing. It takes a special kind of car-guy hubris to think that you can do something better than the factory. After all, to get the performance you want, you almost always need to give up something, be it reliability, durability, noise isolation, ride, comfor...[Read More]( [Kilgore, Texas, 1958]( [Kilgore, Texas, 1958]( Posted by Daniel Strohl - Date: circa 1958 Location: South Kilgore Street, Kilgore, Texas Source: Michael Brown What do you see here?...[Read More]( Tuesday, June 6, 2017 [1935 Packard Twelve Dual-Cowl Phaeton takes Best in Show at Greenwich Concours d'Elegance]( [1935 Packard Twelve Dual-Cowl Phaeton takes Best in Show at Greenwich Concours d'Elegance]( Posted by Kurt Ernst - The San Clementes pose with their Best in Show American-winning 1935 Packard Twelve Dual-Cowl Phaeton.
