We are in a new month, and I don't know about y'all, but I'm suddenly feeling a rush of motivation. April was one of those months that got away from me. Like millions of Americans, I was able to get fully vaccinated - a privilege that I'm truly grateful for. But with that, I was suddenly thrust into a world of invites, gatherings, and concerts?! So, make sure you take some time for yourself, and if you need support, resources, or just need to vent about your schedule filling up with social events, don't hesitate to reach out.
