Did you really think we were going to let you dive head first into 2021 without sharing our version

Did you really think we were going to let you dive head first into 2021 without sharing our version of our 2021 Event Trends with you? We su [Weekly Sound Check Med-Res with Endless Logo] January 25th, 2020 Our Take On The 2021 Event Trends You Should Be Watching Out For 🔥 The Best of the Best: - Trends, Trends, Trends: [2021 Event Trends: The Only Guide You’ll Need!]( - Moving Ahead: [COVID-19 Vaccines & The Events Industry]( ✨ New Guide Alert! We are so excited to share with you with Endless' [2021 Event Trends Guide!]( We took a little extra time on this project to give it a little extra love (and to account for all the changes happening from day to day). We hope you enjoy it! [2021 ETG Gfx for Ads]( Amanda Gorman - The Girl That Got The World's Attention When I finished watching the inauguration on Wednesday, I knew exactly what I was going to share in this week's newsletter. From the second Amanda Gorman stepped up to the podium to [recite her poem](, I was captivated. Turns out, I wasn't the only one. I thought I was going to be out here providing you all with unique, politically neutral content, but it turns out Amanda Gorman captured the hearts of just about everyone. [Amanda]( Even if you didn't watch the inauguration, chances are you saw clips of Amanda on the news or snippets of her poem on social media. Her message transcended this single day and sparked conversations that continued long after the event itself. While watching Amanda, I was reminded of the #EventIcons episode I had a few weeks ago with William Matthews about diversity. One of the biggest reasons why diversity is important is representation. It was refreshing to see a young, black woman on stage at such a grand event speaking her wise words with poise and confidence. While it's always informational to hear our current leaders, I was more inspired to see a member of our future. And the fact that Amanda was one of the most popular aspects of the inauguration lets me know that I'm not alone. She gave little girls someone to look up to, she gave millennials a wake-up call that we will soon step up to be the decision-makers and government officials of our country, and she gave everyone some powerful lines of poetry to hang on to and ponder. The same day of the inauguration, my friend sent me [her TED Talk.]( If you enjoyed her poem, I highly recommend watching this as well: [ted talk]( I am inspired watching her speak and knowing that she is interested in running for president in 2036. And sometimes, all you need is that little dose of inspiration to spark creativity and move towards action. Just as Amanda looks to build unity and bring positive changes to the world, I look to do the same. Be inspired and have an amazing week.
