That’s right, you can now make customized tabs for your own products and for your competitor products. This is a great way to group products that you want to take a look at all at once. For example, you might want to tag all of the products in the launch or relaunch phases. You might also be trying to rank certain products so you can tag those specific products as well. In our example, I created tags for our coffin shelves and our egg trays so that I can look at the groups of similar products together. You can create tags for competitors to keep a better eye on their products too. Here is how you create tags: First, go to your dashboard and click on either competitors or products. Then, once you are on the products or the competitor pages, you will want to click on the dial next to where it says “tags,” and a pop up box will appear where you can create new tags and edit already created tags. To create a new tag, click on the +Tag button. Once you click on the +Tag button, you can create your custom tags by adding in your custom tag name and then choosing products from the Competitors and Products tab that you want to tag. Toggle back and forth between Competitors and Products to add products from those groups. That is how you can create custom tags for your products in Insights Dashboard. Check it out and let us know what you think and the strategies that you are using to group your products!
