The fact that people are out there saying real estate investing is passive. Because it’s really not. Oh sure, we get sold the idea that “all you have to do is buy, reno, and rent”. But it’s never that simple. Whether you’re wholesaling, fix & flipping, or just buying and renting… It’s WAY more work than you think it’s going to be. Tenants are a pain. Renovations go over budget. Buyer and seller leads fall through. And no matter how hard you try to remove yourself from the process… Somehow you still get left holding the bag and paying with your time. Late night runs to Home Depot. Early calls with legal. It never truly ends. Which is why my friend Corey and Dane have given up the real estate game for good. Even though Corey has done over 1000 REI transactions for more than $15 million… And Dane has done 300 real estate transactions grossing over $.75 million… [Both of them are moving on to this.]( It’s a simple, passive way to cash in on crypto. It’s paying them $30,000 to $50,000 per month. The returns are simple and predictable. The cashflow is unaffected by the price of crypto. (meaning they get their monthly cash flow regardless of whether Bitcoin is up or down) And once it’s set up they don’t have to do ANYTHING. Instead of hunting for deals… They’re sitting pretty on consistent and predictable cash flow. Instead of dealing with tenants… They’re compounding returns on autopilot. And instead of doing late night Home Depot runs… They’re hosting a LIVE 4-Day Masterclass breaking down how their passive crypto strategy works. If you’re tired of investing in less-than-passive real estate… OR you’re looking for a way to diversify into crypto… [Check out this 100% passive crypto strategy]( See you there, New Wealth Daily   Your Weekly Dose of Financial Wisdom Thanks for being a valued subscriber of New Wealth Daily.
