Protective measures for your safety [Harrods.com]( [Spring has Sprung] An important message for our customers and colleagues We wanted to take a moment to update you on our response to Covid-19, and the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our community of employees and customers. Store Opening Hours Opening hours will reduce to 11am–7pm, Monday to Saturday, effective as of Tuesday 17th March until further notice. Sunday hours will remain the same. Harrods Restaurants We have made the decision to temporarily close selected in-store restaurants from Wednesday 18th March. The list and full statement on these closures is available [here](. Health & Safety All our decisions are guided by Public Health England and government advice, including increased cleaning and sanitation procedures across the store and support areas. We have postponed all Beauty Masterclasses to limit gatherings in enclosed areas and removed all beauty product testers. Our diligent retail staff will also adopt a no‑client‑contact policy. For our employees, access to our corporate health team of in-house doctors and nurses remains available. Online Shopping & Deliveries For customers ordering online, our courier services have increased hygiene precautions and introduced additional measures to offer alternative delivery options for recipients. We recognise that this is a fast-moving situation, and will continue to revisit these policies as required. You can keep up to date with the latest developments [here](. Harrods is a local business that has been at the heart of Knightsbridge for over 170 years. We will continue to serve our community of local and more global customers for as long as we can. Whether you need to visit the Harrods Pharmacy, come to our Food Halls for groceries, or simply follow us on social media for moments of escapism – we want to continue to be there for our customers at this time of uncertainty.
