To celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, we’ll be sharing stories of these Changemakers throughout March to highlight the amazing work they’re doing and to let you know how you can get involved with their missions. First up, it’s the Gym Safe Ladies... [Less talk, more action. ]( Gym Safe Ladies is a UK-based group of men and women who are dedicated to raising awareness around sexual harassment within fitness and gym environments and creating safe gym spaces for everyone. Founded by activist and personal trainer Emz Power, Gym Safe Ladies believe that positive change for women in the fitness world can’t be achieved by women alone.
