Gusto Terms: - Legal agreements for each user group: Gusto proudly supports small businesses, their employees, and their accountants and bookkeepers. This update details what legal provisions apply to each of those user groups. - Gusto’s products for employees: We’ve added information about the products and services made available directly to employees and contractors who have been invited to access our platform. - Data privacy: We have made updates to describe the type of information that Gusto collects from our different user groups, how that information is used, and your responsibilities for information you collect from your team. - Disputes: We’ve updated our dispute resolution provision to exclude some claims from arbitration, to add more detail to our informal dispute resolution requirements, and to create a process for requesting to opt your company out of arbitration. Payroll Terms: - Payroll processing options: We’re providing more details for the types of payment processing options available to you when you run payroll and pay contractors on Gusto.
