This might be a little personal… but there’s something I really need to tell you. If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.]( [Dr. Steven Gundry | Founder, Gundry MD]( {NAME} – I could really use your help right now. See, American Heart Month starts next week… And as a cardiothoracic surgeon, it’s a very important time for me. Partly because I know all too well how crucial your heart health is to your overall well being. It can make or break your energy levels… your mobility… your waistline – basically every aspect of your health. That’s why I love sharing transformative at-home health tips in emails like these. But the reason this month is special to me is because it gives me time to reflect on the lessons I learned during the years I spent operating on peoples’ hearts. It’s an incredibly stressful responsibility. The hours were grueling… Plus, every day I was literally holding peoples’ lives in my hands. When I think back to the sleepless nights I endured… I really wish I could go back and tell myself one thing that I think can help anyone going through a stressful situation: “Don’t forget why you got into this.” Because as difficult as a cardiothoracic surgeon’s life can be… The life-changing results my patients experienced made it all worth it. I can’t tell you how AMAZING it feels when a patient gives you a big old bear hug… And tells you they look and feel like a brand-new person. It’s the sort of motivation that can get you through just about anything. And I hope you find that piece of advice helpful when your career or family life gets stressful. But like I said earlier, I need your help. Because now I want to ask YOU: What’s some advice you would give to your younger self? Maybe it’s “take care of your health NOW so you can enjoy a fun-filled, energetic future…” Or “stop worrying and take some time to smell the roses…” Or maybe you’d like to remind yourself to seize the day because every moment is precious. Whatever it is – I’d love to hear your answer, {NAME}. So write me back and with some advice you wish you could share with your younger self. Even if it’s just a sentence or two. I’m really looking forward to hearing from you… And I hope my little piece of advice helps you stay grounded when things get tough. Looking out for you, Steven Gundry, MD [Steven Gundry, MD]( P.S. I really hope you write in, {NAME} – and not just for my sake. See, I love to give advice to the Gundry MD team… Many of whom are young and still trying to find their way in the world. So when you send me your piece of advice, you’re not just helping me… But the wisdom you share could SERIOUSLY change many lives. Because a little good advice can go a long way. So hit reply and let me know what advice you’d give your younger self. You never know the ripple effect it could have!   This email was sent to {EMAIL} by newsletter@gundrymd.com [Edit Profile]( | [Manage Subscriptions]( | [VIP Discounts]( | [Join Text Club]( 145 S.
