This simple method can help you achieve your New Year’s goals. I’ve been doing it for years! If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.]( [Dr. Steven Gundry | Founder, Gundry MD] {NAME}, If you pictured your “perfect 2024” — what would it look like? Really think about it for a moment. Picture what you're DOING… Who you're WITH... How you FEEL… And then — be prepared for your "perfect 2024" to come to fruition! Because today, I’m sharing a tip that can help turn that dream into a reality. (I know because I’ve used this myself!) You see, as far back as I can remember — I’ve always wanted to help people live happy, healthy lives. That’s why I jumped into medicine in the first place. But as time went on and my medical practices grew… My ambition became bigger too. I dreamed of starting an online health movement — now known as Gundry MD — to help people like you achieve your individual health goals. But I also had a few doubts. “How can I possibly start something new, when I’m already so busy?” Well, that’s when I discovered a simple strategy that’s helped me achieve almost anything I set my mind to. It’s called mental rehearsal. And it can help you ‘hack’ your subconscious mind to focus on one thing — YOUR GOALS! In fact, as Harvard-trained psychiatrist, Dr. Srini Pillay, puts it:  “It’s now a well-known fact that we stimulate the same brain regions when we visualize something and when we actually do it.”  In other words, visualizing your goals in your mind can help you achieve them in real life. Here’s my simple 3 step method you can use to accomplish just about anything you want:  Dr. G’s “Movie In Your Mind” Method 1. Everything starts in your mind. Start by picturing yourself — in vivid detail — achieving a specific goal. Imagine where you are, what you’re wearing, who you’re with, the time of day, the sounds you hear… And most importantly the feelings you get when your goal becomes your reality. 2. This is YOUR movie. That means you’re the main character. So don’t be shy. I want you to picture these fantastic future achievements through your very own eyes. 3. Write it down. After “watching” your movie, simply jot down your goal in a notebook, to cement it in writing. These 3 steps can take as little as 5 minutes to do — but in my experience, they can make all the difference. So be sure to give it a whirl! Like I said, this is the process I use to chase my dreams. So I encourage you to try it today, then hit “reply” to this email and tell me how it went. Whatever your goals are this year, I know you can achieve them. And I’ll be here cheering for you every step of the way!
