Have you ever found staying healthy to be difficult? If so, then I want you to meet Bonnie. If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.]( [Dr. Steven Gundry | Founder, Gundry MD]( {NAME}, Have you ever found staying healthy to be difficult — or even nearly impossible — at times? If so, then I want you to meet Bonnie. She said she’d tried everything to lose weight — Weight Watchers, low carb, low fat, intermittent fasting, and even going full carnivore… And frankly, she was on the verge of giving up. … Until she got a shock that changed her life forever. Much to her surprise, she found out she was pregnant. And it turns out, this was just the ‘wake up call’ she needed to keep fighting… Because she soon found and read my books, went on a Gundry-approved plan — and although there were a few challenges along the way… Much to her credit — here’s what happened:  This is Bonnie. Her on the left is before, and the photo with her and her son on the right is after. Isn't her transformation INCREDIBLE?! Since finding out she’d be a mom — Bonnie's eaten healthy foods, lost weight, and stayed relentless in her commitment to getting healthier… And I couldn't be more proud and happy for her! She now has a beautiful, healthy family, and has reversed multiple health issues. As a matter of fact, she told me recently: “I finally understand what it means to feel GREAT!” If you ask me, she's a shining example of someone who was able to completely turn things around, {NAME}. And it just goes to show — with enough persistence and perseverance… You CAN make lasting changes… anytime you decide to. Heck, I’ve seen patients go from overweight couch potatoes to being fit and climbing mountains… And I’ve seen people with little chance to live — go on to have full lives and families of their own. Sometimes, all it takes is one BIG 'wake up call' to make serious changes. For Bonnie, finding out she would be a mom was her moment of clarity — the push she needed to hop back on the ‘health saddle.’ And today, I wanted to ask you: Have YOU ever had a 'wake up call' that sparked a positive health change in your life? Maybe it was experiencing a health scare… Or realizing you need to stay healthy for others as much as yourself. Or perhaps it was just seeing someone in declining health — and deciding you didn’t want to end up the same way. Whatever it is — I’m really curious to hear your story, {NAME}. So write me back and tell me about your wake up call… even if it’s just two or three sentences. I’m really looking forward to hearing from you… And I hope you’re as motivated by Bonnie’s inspiring story as I am! Looking out for you, Steven Gundry, MD [Steven Gundry, MD]( P.S. I really mean it, {NAME}. Take a few moments to think about an event that really served as the wake up call you needed. It could be anything — getting over a financial hardship, overcoming heartbreak, helping a family member through a hard time, anything. And after you do, please write back and tell me about it. I love inspirational stories like these… and I sincerely hope you’ll share yours with me.   This email was sent to {EMAIL} by newsletter@gundrymd.com [Edit Profile]( | [Manage Subscriptions]( | [VIP Discounts]( | [Join Text Club]( 9465 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 300 Beverly Hills, California, 90212  [Report Spam](  These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
