doubled his sales? [View in Web Browser]( I check in with past clients every quarter or so. Just to make sure everything’s running smoothly. The above was a 1-on-1 client in a non-business industry who sells products from $50 up to $7500. When we started working together, he had the standard ad → VSL → call funnel. Which was working OK, but losing steam. He also had an email list but wasn’t doing much with it. His top 3 challenges: - Struggling to get people to show up to sales calls and conversion rate was less than 20% - Kept hearing the “it’s too expensive” price objection - Lead flow was decreasing month after month So what did we do together? We started with what he already had. An email list of interested people he wasn’t talking to. First he created a “Lite” version of his core $7500 offer priced at $2000 and ran an 8-day promo to it. He did $36k during the launch. Splendid! Now he had a new offer for the “it’s too expensive” folks… and an additional multi 6-figure per year profit stream. Next he wrote a mini book that laid out the process in his $7500 offer. We detailed each step and showed case studies as proof of the process working successfully. This became the lead magnet that people opted in for, and warmed them up when they joined his list. Then he created a video walking through the process in the book which he sent to people who downloaded the book, prior to getting on a sales call. This would help to increase call show up and conversion rate. Finally, he turned on Facebook and Instagram ads pointing at the book. Leads would opt-in and go through the funnel above. The result? Well, you can read it in the screenshot. Nearly doubled his monthly revenue and solved the 3 challenges. People showing up to calls ready to buy, conversion rate tripled, leads flowing in day after day, and he’s working less than ever. He’s also sending an email every day, which keeps the sales blues away. I'm not saying this happens with every client, but it's in the cards. And we'll never know what's possible for you too, unless you reach out. I've got 2 spots left this month for folks who want to work 1-on-1 together. [Click here to see the details.]( And reach out if you got Qs on what this could look like for you. Happy Friday.
