The Goal: $10M ARR in three years with just one marketer. ​ At the moment, that marketer is only me. But that changes today… I’m on the hunt for a growth marketer. If you’re interested in the role or know anyone who might be, here’s who I’m looking for: TL;DR: - Start date: October 1 / Q4. - Salary: $150K with benefits. - Apply on [LinkedIn here](=). ​ What you’ll do: - Lead Intent-Based Selling Efforts: - Develop and execute strategies to track and analyze intent signals. - Identify high-potential leads based on their interactions with our website and content. - Drive De-Anonymization: - Utilize our advanced tools to de-anonymize website visitors. - Match anonymous visitors with their LinkedIn profiles and business emails for precise targeting. - Ensure our sales reps get timely, actionable lead information via Slack or other channels. - Design Multichannel Campaigns: - Create and manage hyper-personalized, automated multichannel campaigns. (RevOps) - Engage leads across multiple platforms to ensure consistent and comprehensive outreach. - Build a Founder-Brand Driven Strategy: - Work with me to strengthen my founder brand. (Founder-Led Marketing) - Develop content strategies that attract and engage inbound traffic. - Seamlessly integrate inbound interest with outbound efforts to create a cohesive growth loop. ​ About You: - You like getting your hands dirty actually doing the work, and not delegating. - You have a proven track record of growing a SaaS company. - You know all the ins and outs of RevOps, utilizing the modern marketing stack of tools (RB2B, Clay, PhantomBuster, SmartLead.ai, Warmly, Unify, La Growth Machine, Sendspark, [Instantly.ai](=), Ocean.io, etc.). - You’re an expert in Founder Led Marketing, Inbound-Outbound Led Marketing, and Affiliates. - You obsess over data. - You have an active and influential presence on LinkedIn with a growing following. - Strong understanding of PLG growth with sales assist model. - Follow and understand the strategies deployed by: - Adam Robinson - Finn Thormier - Dave Gerhardt - Kyle Poyar - Eddie Reynolds - Guillaume Moubeche - Elena Verna ​ Why Helply: You’ll work directly with me, a seasoned bootstrapped founder who’s been hustling for 18 years in SaaS.
