[A Message from the Goulets] Hi pen friends, It’s been a whirlwind week for the Goulet family! Record cold and snow has kept our kids out of school for nearly 3 weeks (including winter break) and they’re finally back to school!!! You know it’s been a while when your kids are disappointed about missing school. ;) Last week I (Brian) had a fantastic trip to Milan, Ohio to see the Grays and their shop of Edison pens. Check out our Q&A video this Friday to see the two Brian G’s talking origin stories and what’s coming in 2018. I came back home for 3 days and now I’m headed out to Laguna Beach, California to go to an e-commerce conference to network with other business owners and talk business development stuff. This has been more travel in this last month or so than I’ve ever experienced, and it’s setting up for a really exciting 2018. I couldn’t do it without Rachel and support of my family, and the Goulet Team holding things down. Thank you! Lastly, while I’m in Cali I had a morning free in my schedule so I wanted to host a pen meetup!! I did one in Germany last month and loved it, and I thought since I’m not often on the left coast I’d make a couple hours to hang out and play pens. The timing is not ideal for a lot of you, I know, but here goes. I’ll be free Thursday 1/11 (tomorrow) at 9 a.m. Pacific time. I’ll be in the lobby of the Surf and Sand Resort [1555 S Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, CA 92651, United States](. I will be there for about two hours, to just chat, hang out, and play pens. Bring your fav pens, ink, and notebooks, because I expect a few of us to be there and it’ll be fun to try each other’s stuff ;) Follow me on Instagram at @Brian.Goulet to DM me or follow my stories and see how my trip goes!
