We've made some changes to our Policies and Terms of Use

[Subscription Agreement]( The updated Subscription Agreement will be applicable for all purchases and renewals of GitLab Software made after February 1, 2021. Please note, these terms and conditions will not apply to any existing Customers (who purchased prior to February 1), and /or, those who have executed terms with GitLab. [Privacy Policy]( Effective January 21st, we have updated the Privacy Policy to provide clearer and more detailed information about our privacy practices. In addition, we have added language to address the requirements of various privacy laws.
