It’s easy to make in just a little over a half hour with minimal prep time. It’s naturally gluten-free and vegan, although you’re welcome to add in a splash of cream or some cheese if you’d like. And if you happen to have some leftover bread on hand, I’d highly recommend making some [homemade croutons]( or grilled cheese (or grilled cheese croutons, see below!) to go with your tomato soup, which is always such a nostalgic and delicious combo.
