While President Biden took executive action to curb the proliferation of ghost guns with the passage of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, it’s also critical that individual states pass laws to stop the production of these untraceable “DIY” guns. In recent years, we’ve seen political violence and armed intimidation on the rise as well—with the most extreme example being the horrific attack on our nation’s Capitol on January 6, 2021.
