[View in browser]( {NAME}, On Tuesday the Arizona Supreme Court ruled to uphold an obscure 160-year-old law that bans abortions and punishes doctors who provide them. It is a deeply troubling development and has brought forth a terrifying new reality for women in Arizona that until yesterday seemed completely outside the realm of possibility. Arizona is a purple state that leans blue and as the 2022 mid-terms showed, abortion bans are deeply unpopular even in red states. This dangerous new ruling in Arizona shows that with Roe overturned the GOP will use every trick in the book to pass their dystopian anti-women agenda - even in purple and blue states where a plurality of people don't want them. As the Democrat running in the most flippable GOP district in the United States I want to make it crystal clear that when I flip this seat I will work to codify Roe and pass some of the most expansive abortion protections that this nation has ever seen. My GOP opponent, Congressman Anthony D'Esposito (R-NY), a crooked former NYPD cop and ultra MAGA extremist, has proclaimed his support for the Roe vs. Wade decision, opposed New York laws protecting the right to abortion, and was endorsed by a group that opposes abortion ban exceptions even in cases of rape or incest. My district NY-04, is considered the most vulnerable GOP seat in the entire United States, it is thereby essential for the Democrats' path to reclaiming the house and codifying Roe that we win back this critical seat. The GOP are pulling out all stops to shore up their hold on this seat, to take it back and unseat anti-abortion MAGA extremist Anthony D'Esposito, I need your help.
