Updates to Gfycat's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy We've made some updates to our [Privacy Policy]( and [Terms of Service](. While you should read both of them, here's a brief summary of some of the changes we made. We've updated our Privacy Policy to include information required by new privacy laws applicable to users in Brazil, as well as clarifying existing privacy rights for users in the EEA, UK and Mexico.  We've updated our Terms of Service to make our policies even more clear. Changes to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are effective January 25, 2021. Thanks for reading, The Gfycat Team Have any questions? Have any questions?
