Growth Lesson of the Week: Human Connection = Happiness Our team works remotely but because our old office was in Los Angeles, quite a few of us were able to get together this past week in a WeWork office. It was an interesting dynamic to transition from remote temporarily, but some of us had a great time getting to know one another, playing games, and having amazing food.  [Eric’s heart rate]( even went down! Even though not as much work got done, we came away with the need for human connection within our company. We are still figuring it out, but we are looking forward to company wide get togethers twice a year and local meetups more often.  What is your team going to do as things open up more?
