Wow. I’ve been receiving a lot of questions... From all the awesome agency owners considering joining us inside Consulting School to shoot for $100k/month in 2021... Reply back with VIP if you want to join us. Question #2: I feel like this program is for me, but I question whether I have the confidence to approach and pitch the types of big clients you mentioned. What if I can't follow through on your instructions and pitch these types of people? This is an honest question, and I'm impressed with the self-awareness of the person asking it. Here’s the deal: This program won't do you any good if you can't follow my advice. And ultimately, if you want to succeed as an entrepreneur, you have to be able to muster some confidence. The second way is even more honest. Nobody really knows what they are doing in the early stages, and most confident people you know are faking 90% of it. The phrase "fake it 'til you make it" is actually pretty true. When I started at Single Grain, I didn't know what I was doing, and I only learned from doing it wrong. I made the wrong decisions, discovered they were wrong, and lost tons of time and money in the process. And not just once... numerous times... until finally I tried something, and it worked. Then it worked again... and again... and again... and suddenly, I was confident that I knew how to do it. The confidence never came first... just the willingness to try and the persistence to keep trying through those failures. So I think whether or not you have confidence is a lot less important than whether or not you have the willingness to try and the persistence to keep trying. If you do, you are absolutely going to succeed, one way or another. If you don't, entrepreneurship isn't for everyone, and that's completely fine. Question #3: This seems perfect for someone who has been running an agency for awhile. Do you have any suggestions for someone like me who hasn't even started yet? People with existing service businesses are definitely in the best position to get immediate results from this program. But for those who haven't actually started consulting yet, I also had you in mind when putting this program together. This program is going to give you everything you need to start a successful consulting business from scratch. I'm going to give you everything you need to skip all the mistakes I made - mistakes that cost me years and hundreds of thousands of dollars - and get to profitability much faster. If owning an 8-figure consultancy isn't just a nice idea to you - if it's a dream you are determined to make into a reality - then this program is the best investment you can make in getting there. Question #4: “It seems like everyone today is ‘starting an agency’ or ‘consulting’... how can I break into this saturated field?” A mentor told me once that saturated markets don't really exist. You can either compete where the money is and deal with the competition, or you can compete where there's no money and thus, no competition. I've found this to be true. Selling a program is a lot easier than building an agency, and there are a ton of people out there doing the former who have never accomplished the latter, often with disastrous results for their students. The thing is, I’ve done what you’re hoping to do — make my own hours, work with awesome clients, and hire a remarkable team using these EXACT tactics.
