BY ANGELA LOPEZ - CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER @ CLOUDAPP Not sure what Asynchronous communication is?  You're not the only one!  The definition of asynchronous communication is any form of communication that isn't done at the same time.  To me, it means I can give meaningful, thoughtful feedback, in my own time.  I don't feel the pressure to have to respond immediately.  What does it look like on a daily basis for you? - You don’t need to be talking to your colleagues or customers at the same time - You can consume the communication whenever you want - You can respond in your own time - It is available for future reference - There is time to translate, transcribe or study materials - You get your calendar back - You present better thought out, defined, and edited responses  Asynchronous work provides the flexibility that many employees crave when the collaborate with others. And the more hybrid jobs and remote positions there are, the more asynchronous communication will grow.  And the growth has just begun.  We are proclaiming a new movement in the workplace, and that movement is Async.  Async isn’t just about communicating; it’s about human connectivity. It's improving comprehension and understanding between people, including your colleagues and customers.
