Man, apparently today is Groundhog's Day. Did it completely sneak up on anyone else? I don't know about you, but I could've sworn it was always in April. Now (you might not believe me when I say this), but your Uncle Tommy doesn't always have the clearest memory. So I figured this might just be a "me" thing. But I was chatting with Steve down at the office about this, and he called it "the Mandela effect".... Have you heard of this before? Apparently, the "Mandela Effect" is not the name of some new horror flick set in South Africa... It's when a huge number of folks remember something one way, but it turns out it was never that way at all. Here are a few examples... First - when did Nelson Mandela die? If you said "in the '80s", you're not alone. In fact, tons of people remember him passing away decades ago... but in reality he only left us back in 2013. Or what about the classic line Dorothy says in The Wizard Of Oz? "Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore", right? Wrong! It's actually “Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore.” And how about these old bears: Notice their last name, man. Apparently it's been "stain" not "stein" this whole time! There's so many of these examples, you'd be amazed at how many things you probably remember totally wrong. Here's a [fun article with some other ones]( that I found online. And, one of my favorites just hit me a couple months ago at Christmas time... Finish this classic Frank Sinatra line: "I'll be home for Christmas... You can _____ on me..." You said "count" didn't you? That's the [Mandela effect]( for you... Anyway, all this thinkin' about misremembering got me thinking about Groundhog's Day, Bill Murray... it's all pretty fun, right? So I thought that in honor of all the things we remember just a bit wrong, we should do a 24-hour flash sale. That's 30% off sitewide, and the discount applies automatically – no code to forget or misremember! Just head on over to [CheechandChong.com]( and [GetChongCBD.com]( to pick up any of your favorites for a great discount. And speaking of making the same mistakes over and over again... Steve was supposed to shut down the DRY JANUARY B3G1 deal on High & Dry... but guess who forgot? (I'll give you a hint.... His name rhymes with "I think you should leave"....) When we realized his mistake, I thought "Why not turn these lemons into some tasty seltzer?" So for the next 24 hours, you can also take advantage of our special deal on High & Dry in addition to our sitewide flash sale. When you add 3 cases of [High & Dry]( to your cart, we're tossing in an extra 4-pack of our most popular flavor, Citrus Sunrise, on the house. Easy as pie (or seltzer, in this case). Keep on keepin' on, Peace and love, [Tommy Signature] Tommy Chong P.S. What are some things that you always seem to misremember or forget, no matter how many times you try? Hit reply and let me know.     [Facebook]( [Instagram]( Don't Want These Emails? All Good Man!
