And if you know me, that can only mean one thing... You guessed it - a sale! This year, we did have a bit of a dilemma though (let me explain). I was talking with the boys down at the office about what we did LAST year for Easter. If you were part of the Familia last year might remember this... But we cooked up an “easter egg hunt” over on [GetChongCBD.com](. We put “clues” in my notes and then you had to go find a hidden discount code on the site using the clue. Like a website “easter egg”--get it?! We thought it would be so much fun, but turns out… Most of you just wanted the dang discount code and didn’t much appreciate having to hunt around on the site. (Just ask our Rock Stars down in Customer Service, it's a week that has gone down in infamy with the amount of calls they received) So let me just get it out of the way early this year…we ARE doing an Easter sale again and no, you WON’T have to hop all over the site to find it. In fact, I’m just gonna give it to you right now so you can go get your Easter goodies--the code is BUNNY, so you can save money with the bunny! That’s the usual 30% off and free shipping over on [GetChongCBD.com]( Now that I got the most important thing about of the way, let me tell ya about something that's been on my mind this week. Right now I’m thinking about eggs. With my grandkids and great-grandkids, the annual Easter egg hunt is the main event--I mean, they LIVE for it! But have you guys seen the price of eggs lately?! Here in California, it's like NINE bucks for just a dozen of regular old eggs! I even looked it up on the Federal Reserve, and it says that the average cost of a dozen eggs across America right now is $4.82! That’s a 70% increase over the past year, and they’re blaming a lot of that on the avian flu that went around. And since we were just talking about this inflation thing, it doesn’t sound like the most economical option to buy and color a bunch of eggs to hide for your kids or grandkids. One thing we started doing years ago was hiding plastic eggs with little “prizes” inside…candy, snacks, little toys, coins, money, etc. That’s even more fun for the kids because they never know what they’re going to get. Sometimes it’s a ten-er and sometimes it’s just a couple of jelly beans. But now Shelby and I are in a bit of a debate because we can’t agree on which would cost us more--decorating and hiding real eggs, or making ‘em all plastic and full of money! OR…I got another idea for ya cuz you know me…I’m just full of ideas. Instead of boiling up dozens of eggs and hiding them, you could decorate just a few and do it Ukranian-style and make ‘em REAL fancy. A Ukranian friend of mine told me all about the “pysanky” tradition, which is where you make a tiny hole and blow the yolk out (I guess so it won’t go bad as fast). Then you create really intricate, beautiful drawings on ‘em. If you want to see what this looks like, [check out this article]( pretty amazing. It looks really cool and I know it’s a way to save money on Easter decorations cuz you can just make a bunch of these eggs. Or get some branches from your favorite tree outside and make yourself an Easter tree! Whatever you end up doing for Easter, sending you my good vibes. And don’t forget to grab your BUNNY discount if you need anything. Keep on keepin’ on. Peace and love, Tommy Chong     [Facebook]( [Instagram]( Don't Want These Emails? All Good Man!
