What a week it's been, man! It's been a blast coming up with all these questions for our COUSIN sale, and reading through your replies back. But hey, I guess all good things gotta end sometime. Tommy's been texting me, saying he wants to take over the next email. (Between you and me, I think a week away from you cousins has got the old guy feeling pretty sentimental and missing you). So before I pass the torch back to Tommy, I want to share some of the responses you all shared after my last email a few days back. As a refresher (in case you're not glued to our every email dispatch), I asked this question in my last email: "What's your all-time favorite saying or quote, and why does it speak to you?" Here are just a few of the many replies you sent in: My all-time favorite quote is "It's not the years, honey, it's the mileage." Indiana Jones was right! Marte B FAR-OUT!!! I still say it to this day ( I am 67). My family thinks I am hilarious, especially my great nieces and nephews. My son gave up on me a long time ago! Susan R, Ohio Hey Cheech, My all time favorite quote comes from a verse in the song "Already Gone" by the Eagles. The lyrics are, "So often times it happens, that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we have the key." This speaks to me because I wasted a lot of years when I was younger doing what I thought was expected of me and not living my authentic life. But I finally realized that I had the power to make changes and do what makes ME happy. So now I just say f--k what everyone else thinks and smoke a bowl! Peace and love Tio Cheech! Jim H, Texas Hey Cheech. I love the emails from you and Tommy. Makes the evenings a little more fun after a hard day at work. You asked, “What’s your all-time favorite saying or quote?” My response, “Seize life now because now will never come again.” -Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Starship Enterprise. Star Trek Next Generation. I heard this quote as a teenager and have tried to live by it. Keep smokin man. Chris, Cincinnati, OH “When the Power of Love overcomes the Love of Power, then the world will know Peace”~Jimi Hendrix I would definitely want to sit down and break bread with Jimi Hendrix, he left this world way too young. Sincerely, Arlene B, Missouri In the words of Cousin Susan, these are "Far Out, man!" If you didn't have a chance to send in your favorite quote or saying, you've still got time - we'd love to hear it. And now... for my last question (I think I've saved the best for last)... "If you could make one thing from your childhood or teenage years popular again, what would it be and why?" I KNOW we're going to have some great answers to this one, hey? Hit reply and let us know what your answer would be. And while you're at it, if you haven't already stocked up this week and claimed your 30% discount, you've still got time. Just head on over to [Cheechandchong.com]( or [Getchongcbd.com]( and use code COUSIN at checkout to save on all your favorites.
