Just to recap, Clarence Thomas had a GOP mega donor take him on lavish trips, buy his mother's house and let her live there rent free for a decade, and pay over $100,000 for his grandnephew to attend a private boarding school — all in secret until now. This same donor funds many of the same right-wing groups that appear before the Supreme Court, and even paid for It's not asking a lot for justices with lifetime appointments on the Supreme Court to be held to a basic code of ethical standards as a public servant! Here in the 11th, we have tens of thousands of government employees, all of whom would have been fired for this type of behavior.
