Today he pardoned all minor marijuana offenders who were charged on the federal level and started the process of rescheduling marijuana. {NAME}, we can -- and we will -- do more in the next congress with expanded House and Senate majorities. When we do, Congress can pass the MORE Act: a bill Gerry cosponsored and helped pass in the House that twice the Senate has refused to take up. This bill would not only eliminate federal marijuana criminalization but also discrimination based on prior marijuana use -- opening federal employment access to thousands of skilled indivudals here in Virginia's 11th and nationwide. Will you sign our petition to tell the Senate to vote YES on the MORE Act? [SIGN THE PETITION→]( The outcome of these midterms will determine not only the future of marijuana legalization efforts but the direction of our democracy. Don't forget to sign our petition to tell the Senate that the MORE Act needs to be passed in the next Congress. And if you haven't already, don't forget to roll up to the polls to vote early!
