The Trump Supreme Court is a Threat to our Country

Justices Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Coney Barrett voted with complete disregard for historic precedent and common-sense to overturn the Biden Administration's vaccine-or-test mandate for large businesses. Make no mistake: this decision will cost American lives and drag the pandemic on even longer. This reasonable directive, which falls well within OSHA's regulatory responsiblity as created by Congress more than 50 years ago, would have ensured workplace health and safety for more than 80 million workers from the still raging Covid-19 pandemic. I am a firm beliver in the incredible foresight of our Founding Fathers in creating a three-branch system, complete with checks and balances and branches with clear roles and responsibilities - but that is not what we are seeing today. When one branch of government recklessly oversteps its bounds, the others need to rein it in. [That is why I am asking you to sign my petition calling on Congress to expand the Supreme Court from 9 to 13 justices and restore balance and equity to the highest court in the land!]( [Expand the Court!]( Our nation is already facing too many crises, between the pandemic, Republican's continued fealty to Trump and his ridiculous, disproven "Big Lie" about election fraud in the 2020 election. With voter suppression [thanks to John Roberts] and electoral subversion being pursued across Republican states and the 2022 election months away, it is only a matter of time before the Supreme Court once again is in a position to make a decision that could alter the course of our country and the lives of millions of Americans.
