The Maryland district that’s a must win for Democrats

Hi {NAME},  My name is Geoffrey Grammer, retired U.S. Army colonel and physician running for U.S. Congress in Maryland’s 6th District open seat.  Do you remember the 2022 midterm elections, waiting for days to see the final districts get called as control of the U.S. House of Representatives hung in the balance? Yes, MD-06 was one of those seats you waited on.  Now, the GOP’s top-tier recruit kicked off his campaign just last month and is fundraising like crazy. Republicans are eyeing this seat because a blue-to-red flip here virtually ensures they keep their House Majority. Making it harder for people to vote, trying to overturn election results, and inciting an insurrection against our democracy. Those actions are shameful, and the people who aid or enable them are villains or cowards.  That’s why, when the most vulnerable Democratic district in Maryland became an open race, I knew I had to step up to ensure that this must-win seat stays blue.  I’m an Army veteran who knows democracy is earned through sacrifice. I’ve had enough of politicians who are destroying our democracy.
