The Capital One hack wasn’t just a Capital One hack. The massive data breach involved the theft of “multiple terabytes of data” from more than 30 more companies, schools, and other organizations, [prosecutors allege in new court filings.]( Paige Thompson, the former Amazon engineer charged in the incident, was due in court today in Seattle but the hearing was delayed.
“A traditional broker with superpowers.” That’s how Flyhomes CEO Tushar Garg describes the Seattle-based real estate startup, which [just raised $141 million in debt and equity financing]( looking to make its mark in a highly competitive market. Flyhomes buys houses directly with cash and then holds onto them until its buyer clients secure financing. Under a new program, it also helps its clients sell their former homes with less risk.

Amazon opened a new store in Seattle this morning. No, it’s not the super-secret, super-sized Amazon Go store in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It’s a new Amazon “4-star” store on the Amazon campus north of downtown. It’s the fourth U.S. location for the brick-and-mortar concept, which carries a rotating inventory of highly rated items.
