The fast-casual restaurant chain, which specializes in burritos, tacos, quesadillas and other items, will open Sunday — New Year's Eve — in the Falcon Marketplace shopping center northwest of Woodmen and Meridian roads in Falcon, the unincorporated area outside Colorado Springs. The location will operate from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
