[Woodland Park officials sued over city's short-term rental ordinance]( Teller County Short-Term Rental Alliance filed a lawsuit recently against the city of Woodland Park and the city council, including Mayor Hilary LaBarre and city manager Aaron Vassalotti. The lawsuit stems from Ordinance 1469, a citizen's initiative passed by Woodland Park voters in December that prohibits short-term rentals in residential zones, unless the owner lives full time in the home.
