The event will take place at BAFTA's HQ in London on Wednesday, September 27th. [Book your tickets today]( The event is headlined by Ubisoft's Chief People Officer Anika Grant. In a talk titled ‘The Building Blocks of Change’, Grant will explore Ubisoft’s efforts to roll out a program change around employee engagement, career development and company culture following Ubisoft’s very public issues. Joining Grant in the keynote spot is Dr Zara Nanu, the CEO of GapSquare. Dr Nanu is a champion of equality and more inclusive workplaces for all, and will share insights and advice around improving diversity and the gender pay gap. Elsewhere, EA's former vice president of global corporate communications, Catherine Channon, will deliver a talk entitled: 'Why leading communications through change management is the most meaningful work you will ever do'. During the session, Channon will look at the positive and negative impact communications can have when a companygoes through significant organisational change. Sticking with former EA employees, Steve Cuss, the former head of EA's Criterion studio, has joined the bill to conduct a talk titled: 'Creating hyper-engaged and healthy teams: the leaders' role.' Cuss has three decades running games teams, including 20 years at EA. Alongside Cuss, ustwo games' head of People and Culture Julie Piedrabuena will host a talk titled 'Balancing pixels and peace of mind'. Piedrabuena is a distinguished HR professional with a academic background in psychology. She's behind somesignificant mental health initiatives as ustwo games, which is a certified B-Corp. Organisational psychologist Graham McAllister will also be speaking at the event. McAllister specialises in making sure employees are aligned on the vision for a game, which he says is crucial to a successful developer, and ensuring the team avoids stress, burnout and team conflict. Hutch Games' head of people Charmaine Clavier-St John will be hosting a special roundtable on the company's recent experience with four-day working weeks, answering questions on how the popular mobile developer made the concept work, and the impact it has had on the studio. And finally, GamesIndustry.biz will host a panel on how games companies are working with education and developingthe next generation of talent. Creative Assembly's head of talent Emma Smith, Sumo Group’s Dr Jacob Habgood and nDreams' chief people officer Tamsin O’Luanaigh are among the speakers forthat sessions.
