Ahhh yes... Launches. The cr@ck coc@ine of the online online business world. The high-maintenance borderline "lover" who you can't let go of... making you experience the highest of highs... and the lowest of lows. The quintessential money-making strategy that everyone raves about... until they experience the CRASH and BURNOUT that often comes with launching. Now make no mistake... Launches DO work. In fact -- when done correctly -- they work very, very well. HOWEVER... As the great Adam Smith once said: ​ "There's no such thing as a free launch lunch" ​ Because one way or another, if you wanna have a successful launch... One that's actually profitable and makes a lot of money... Then you're gonna have to pay for it through the nose! Either by investing years of your time scooping up everything there is to know about successfully launching something online... (and still probably looking like a total newb when you do your first one) Or by spending boatloads of cash delegating most of the work and hiring an army of affiliates to do the grunt work for you... (eating away your profits) Or by going the "trial by fire" route and doing lots of experimentation yourself... (probably crashing and burning a few times) ^ ^ Or ALL of the above 😅 Here's the thing, {NAME}: Launches are more difficult and demanding than ever. They require significant resources to successfully pull off... And even THEN... Sometimes it still feels like you need to "sacrifice" a part of your soul on an unholy altar to really make it rain with this strategy. Again, please understand: I'm totally against launches. When done right, with lots of experience under your belt, they can work like gangbusters... (in fact, I'm going to re-launch my Profitable Imprinting Sequence training soon!) But I just wanted to give you an unfiltered "reality check" based on hundreds of conversations I've had so far with all sorts of people who use this strategy. Because the truth is... ​ Relying on the launch model nowadays is harder than ever before! ​ In fact... If you've created and sold an online program before, you’ve probably developed a "love-hate" reaction to this strategy too. You’re probably familiar with the adrenaline rush that comes with it... The excitement... The anticipation... And, of course, the potential for a BIG payoff! But for lots of people I've recently talked to, this reaction brings back memories of Post-Traumatic Launch Disorder (PTLD). And for them, the thought of big launches is enough to make their stomachs turn! Why? Because -- when unchecked -- launches become massive, complex, and risky projects. They require a huge amount of time, energy, and effort... Often stretching your team's resources to the extreme... And while they can bring in a lot of money in a short amount of time... They also have the "dark side" we already talked about. (something the industry likes to brush under the carpet, by the way!) But the worst part, in my opinion? Since launches are designed to extract as much money as possible from your list as fast as possible... You HAVE to constantly push, constantly sell, and constantly try to create a sense of urgency. And while this can result in a lot of sales... It can also lead to burnout... ...both for you AND for your audience. ​ But what if there was a better way? ​ What if you could generate consistent sales...
